Hi, I'm Meryl Ledbrooke, welcome to my website.

I began songwriting a few years ago and did a series of one off shows at my local theatre. One of the musicals I co-wrote called "The Adventures of Barnacle Betty" staged in 2001 did rather well so I went on to co-write another called "The Cats in Spats".

I then produced a few mini albums for charity which sold in branches of Woolworth throughout Kent.

Amongst other charities I have also written for BBC Children in Need and YWCA in Scotland.

"Caught in a Dream" is a mini album produced to help raise money and awareness for The Jack Rosenthal Memorial Fund of which Maureen Lipman is a patron. Maureen established this fund to help support the work of Myeloma UK.
